1. General Terms & Conditions

- Each person may only register one account — a second account under the same name, address, email, or phone number is not permitted.
- You must provide your correct date of birth at registration. cv66y does not allow minors to participate.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before large withdrawals. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required.
- Members are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. If your password is lost or compromised, contact support immediately.
- Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
cv66y may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Cv66y supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply for deposits and withdrawals:
- Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Deposits are usually processed instantly. Withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes.
- The payment method used for withdrawal must match the one used for the deposit.
- The daily withdrawal limit is ৳10,000 until KYC verification is complete. This limit increases once KYC is done.
- If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, cv66y reserves the right to place a hold on any payment.
- If you accept a bonus after making a deposit, withdrawals will not be available until the wagering requirements have been met.
There are no additional charges for deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Cv66y offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the relevant offer page. However, some general rules apply to all bonuses:
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
- If the required wagering requirements are not met after claiming a bonus, neither the bonus nor any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Once expired, a bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
- Cv66y reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
- Certain games or betting markets may be restricted when using a bonus.
Accepting a bonus is entirely optional. If you choose not to take a bonus at the time of deposit, you can still play normally and withdraw at any time.
5. Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on cv66y. These rules cover both Sports Betting and casino games:
- Bets cannot be cancelled once placed, though a cash-out option may be available in certain situations.
- If any betting error occurs due to a technical issue, cv66y reserves the right to void or correct it.
- Bets may be suspended if match fixing or any other irregularity is suspected.
- Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is accepted are final.
- If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv66y platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:
- Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing bets or playing games using software, bots, or any automated method.
- Attempting to hack or abuse the bonus system.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Harassing cv66y staff or other members.
- Opening or operating an account using false information.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or for a minor's use.
cv66y uses an advanced anti-fraud system that automatically detects suspicious activity. If any unusual activity is identified, the account may be suspended immediately.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
Cv66y may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:
- Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
